    • Review
      • Didn’t see my setup so did not take any trades today.
    • How accurate was my assessment of market context?
      • Not too great. It looked like Hypo 1 was gonna play out but we didn’t BO. Probably during NY session. The whole session we traded in a range between 61.90 and 62.30
    • How well did I manage my physical, emotional and cognitive states?
      • I did well here.
    • What’s one thing you learned today?
      • If there’s no setup don’t try and get involved anyway
    • What’s one thing I need to do more often?
      • Be patient.
    • What’s one thing I need to do less often?
      • Look for patterns to trade on the LTF. The TTF is my Trading Time Frame.
